This has been a quick lesson in Mexican road signs. They can be fairly interesting and somewhat cryptic at times, but they seem to have a good time with em'.

Crazy shit man!
The sign is really a "Watch for Bumps" sign, raised concrete is the first one and then the boobs one is like a strip of metal bumps (basically speed bumps) going across the road like a regular speedbump.
